What is the Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with Thirty days of receiving the item. However we aren't the main seller therefore you must contact and/or consult an original sellers terms for returns individually.
Third Party Seller Returns Policies
While many sellers provide a returns policy corresponding to our own, some seller returns policies can vary. Each seller's return guarantee is available on the vendor's web page. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped using a seller are borne with the buyer.
Items worth over have to be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is worth 0 and up, insure the shipment for the price of the goods and ship your return using a signature shipping service. For items below , we recommend USPS delivery confirmation service.
Note: In case a package doesn't arrive and you don't make use of a trackable method to return or you refuse the shipment as a method of return, you may possibly not be entitled to refund.
Large Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers
To return a large or bulky item that was delivered with a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will direct you through the returns process and may have you contact our specialized customer care team, which will schedule the pickup of your item.
Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of the item. In order to ensure the return and refund are processed correctly.
Cancel Pickup Request
After the UPS pickup is requested, you cannot cancel that request until following first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, you may call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
